All early orders by post will START to go out from April/May 2012 mainland UK Weather Permitting. All OFF shore deliveries price we give a separately price depending on the weather.

I am sorry to say this, we label the boxes with lots of warnings but we are finding 1 out of 30 posted in the UK are damaged. In the last month it appears to be getting worst and we have had 3 completely destroyed by the Royal Mail postal system. We have also taken the decision not to post any to London addresses due to the ongoing handling of packages in these depots. Unfortunately there is no reasonably priced insurance to guarantee a safe delivery. In most cases our customers choose to collect in person and you are more than welcome to do so, at an agreed time convenient to the both of us.
Each year we have reports of bad handling by the courier attendants! On such occasions please notify the delivery firm with photos and complaints. Then ring us the same day.
Whe picking up we GUARANTEE that if you have not got what we say in this advert. We will re-pay you on recite of our goods This guarantee will apply on the return to us of the our complete Nucleus or Queen within 3 days.
